Julian did a great job arranging transportation for a new Chevy Tahoe I purchased over the internet from an out-of-state dealer. He gave me a quote and stuck to his quoted price, even though the actual trucking cost ended up being $50 more than the bid he first received. I appreciated that he honored his quote even though it squeezed his profit margins.
I needed his services again when the new vehicle arrived and I realized I just purchased a 2WD version rather than a 4WD! Julian arranged to ship the Tahoe back immediately to the dealer (picked it up the next day) and then transport a 4WD model back to me after I worked things out with the dealer. It cost me two extra transport fees, but I have the right 4WD Tahoe now. All's well that ends well, right?!
