I used to work at a freight brokerage and never have i seen the tactics this company has chosen to use in an auto transport. They are refusing to remove their listing on a lane from Jersey to AZ in order to prevent other brokers from getting calls on the lane. They are what’s wrong in freight. They are preventing owner ops and other dispatchers from picking up freight. It’s shameful and petty. The reason the load was pulled from them was because they had awful communication and upped the price. There were no changes to the load or lane to justify these changes. This is an active issue and i will advise when they resolve it. But they are currently preventing other brokers from taking a load they lost!
