I have to say it wa my ex-wife who set this all up months prior for our daughters car to get to her at university.

By the time I got involved on the shipping out end of things it had already gone late and the broker "fired" Starway...at which time Matthew got personally reinvolved and rededicated to getting the vehicle picked up no matter what! He took hundreds of text msgs and dozens of calls following in a driver who was doing his best at slow speeds hampered by many pick up delays on the west coast as well as truck trouble. Things happen...what counts is what is done to get the deal done and in a reasonable timeframe that makes sense and delivers a car in unchanged condition and at and when the time and place agreed to and Matt and Vanow the driver GOT IT DONE. BROKER forced to re-disposition the ride eastbound all while the ex and my girl traveled to and then from Wisconsin to Philly and well after my daughter had to Uber to the dropoff on her own. Vanow got there Before dark and Mart tracked him in most of the way in to coordinate the rendezvous!

A testimony to the human factor made with lots of communication and follow up to no end until the job was complete in A-1 condition! In the end a better feeling than if all went perfectly before reaching us for the pick upI would recommend Starway Logistica LLC for shipment of your vehicle across the USA!
