We never cancelled or avoided the customer to move his vehicle. Yes, the customer booked 4 mos ahead of the moving dates and with gas prices increasing every month, drivers prices have also increased as well. We have done everything to move this customers vehicle and stayed in full communication with him. He has not returned any of our emails or calls lately and we have had several drivers want to take the order for more money and have not heard back from the customer at all to move forward with his order. The customer decided to post a negative review on our company and not get back to us ,so we can transport his vehicle. We did not at any time refuse or cancel his order. We have not heard back from him till now on any of our attempts to move his car. We have not charged the customer either for any deposit.
