I would like to respond to this customer's review since it is completly false and we have all the proper documents to back it up. We received the order from the customer to transport his vehicle on 9/13- Thursday @ 5:51 pm and we dispatched the order to the driver on the same day 9/13 @ 6:31 pm. I sent the Email confirmation to the customer at the same time @ 6:31 pm with the confrimed deatils of the pick up and driver information. We received signed contracts from the cuctomer on the same day to authorize the transport with us on 9/13 @ 9:05 pm. We have all these details documented in our system and time stamped, as well as electronic signature on the contracts. Since the order was dispatched, we tried to run his credit card for the deposit of $150 but his card declined. We called the customer the next day on 9/14- friday to advise the credit card declining and we spoke at 11:11 am. He finally gave us a new card since he had provided an old one and this was at 2:38 pm after speaking several times that morning. Again, all details were confirmed with the customer and everything was ok to transport his vehicle. On 9/15, we received a call from the driver we had assigned to transport the car and they advised that this customer was posted on the board with another broker and wanted to make sure this customer was not working with other brokers besides our company and that no issues would occur. We advised the driver that we had confirmed all details with the customer several times, had ran a deposit and had signed contracts for the transport. On 9/17, we emailed the other broker named YBS logistics to remove our customer off the board since we already had the driver confirmed and scheduled for pick up of the vehicle. They obviously had the vehicle posted and still not dispatched to a driver. On 9/17 at about 10 am the customer called us and left a voice message now that he wanted to cancel the order with us. Our signed contracts state that once the dirver is confirmed and the order is dispatched we run the deposit and its NON-REFUNDABLE at that point and we confirmed all the details with the customer. This was all done by 9/14. When we spoke to him he said he wanted to cancel and go with the other broker even though we already had his vehicle dispatched and confirmed everything. He has lied in this review and with all the times we had spoken to him once the driver was confirmed and change of credit card and all the other conversations in between, there was no problems at all with our company. We never pushed him, nor did we run any deposit before the driver was dispatched or until he gave us the new card to run after the first one was declining. So he authorized everything with us! He was obviously double booked with another broker and had no choice but to cancel with someone since the other company charged his card too and had NO driver for him, but now he wants to talk bad about us when we did nothing wrong!!! We provided the services he asked us for with no problems. He states we are not following our contracts, but we are since we did the job correctly. We had to cancel the driver on 9/17 because he decided to go work with the other broker who had him posted on the board with no driver confirmed. People like this we dont appreciate talking bad about companies who did nothing wrong and would rather not deal with in the future anyways.
