Our experience this year with a hauler selected by State2State was horrible. Car delivered on January 7th, 2013, was damaged in amount of $8800. A rental car was required for 47 days while car was in a body shop for repairs.
We have been unable to even get the carrier, AllFleet, to return our calls. We have sent a length report of our experience on the site for AllFleet Leasing. We have learned that their DOT license, #1097261, was revoked as of 3/5/2013 and had not been reinstated as of our call to the DOT on 4/24/2013.
We had no hand in selecting this carrier. It was our first attempt to ship a car. We couldn't be more disappointed with the experience.

We have been in contact with the customer the whole time since the car was damaged by the driver- All Fleet Leasing in trying to make sure the customer is handled in the insurance claim process. We provided the customer all the information we could to assist in the process and contacted the driver as well. We are very sorry for the inconvenience the driver has caused to the customer and that's why we tried to assist in whatever we could. This is something that happens out of our control and is being resolved between the actual driver/ hauler and the insurance company responsible for the repairing of the vehicle. The customer had to make a claim through his insurance company and is now trying to collect from the drivers insurance company on reimbursement. We are no longer using this driver for any more transports due to the inconvenience they have caused our customer on this transport.
