Very satisfied. I contacted a number of companies to move my car and this was the most customer freindly from day one. JP was available when I called or would promptly call me back. His e-mails were very informative. Yali was the same way...either e-mailing me or helpful on the phone.

The car was picked up on-time via enclosed carrier. This is a bit more expensive which the company even stressed by asking me, "Are you sure you want enclosed? It does cost more," which let me know they do care about the customer. But with moving my vehicle all the way across the country...then enclosed carrier is the to go for sure. It gives piece of mind as it goes through tornado alley, possible, hail, thunderstorms, dusty winds, and so on. The car arrived two days early and came off the enclosed carrier in the same clean/safe condition as it went on.

I would definitely reccomend this company and plan to use them again in two years when I move back to the southeast. A great experience!
