This customer booked her order with us on Friday March 14 at 2:41 pm and was advised that we could not pickup the car on the same day, like she requested. WE spoke to her at 5:04 pm on Friday to advise status before we left the office at 6 pm. She cancelled her order with us via email on Saturday, the 15th, when our offices are closed over the weekend. We didn't even have the order for 24 hours and she cancelled the order and now posted a negative review for no reason. We set up an order and Amber advised her that we could not guarantee a driver to pickup the car the same day and the contracts she signed clearly state that the pickup dates are estimated. We did nothing wrong and like stated, she cancelled the order less than 24 hours from booking and giving us no time to work on the order. We did not charge the customer any money or deposit either. As you can see with all our reviews, we do our job accordingly and all our customers are very happy with our services.
