I had to make a very quick decision to move from Seattle to Northern Virginia. Gilles promptly quoted me, sent all the paperwork to sign via email and confirmed upon charging my credit card for the deposit. I couldn't have asked for a better transaction!

Now keep in mind that these guys are brokers so if their out-sourced truck drivers mess up, these guys also will get bad reviews but who they hired was great too. I was able to get up-to-date status info by sending an email to Rosie who could not have been any more helpful and the actual driver called me the day before to let me know of the estimated arrival time!

The driver kept me updated throughout the day (next day) to let me know where he's about. I indicated that the car was dirty because the day before my car arrival, we had a major snow storm in the DC area so my car was covered in salt, sand and snow gunk which wasn't driver's fault at all. What mattered the most was my car arrived in one piece, no visible scratches or marks and nothing was missing!

I think that my car arrived in 4 days from the West to East due to good timing. Maybe I was the last one to fill in the truck.. I just know that the trucking company that picked my car up from Seattle left on the same day. I don't think you should expect this all the time but overall I couldn't have asked for any better car shipping company!
