We had a driver to move the car and since the availablity of the person who had the car was limited, we had to switch it to another time. All the arrangements were made between the customer and I and at no time, did we force the customer to pay extra than the quote. We had a driver who wanted to move the car for a bit extra, but I only advised the customer if he wanted to do it or not and it was not mandatory, since we were going to tranport with another driver at a different time. I was in contact with the customer at all times until the customer decided to cancel the order since he was leaving the state and needed to change the transport. We did not come in with thte lowest quote, obviously he got a lower quote than us, like stated in his review.
