Finally Got My 2009 Impala SS Home

First there is a young lady that works in the customer service department by the name of Rosie. She was awesome. She explained the sequence of events that would take place and she was spot on. Most companies want to charge you a fee if you request to be top loaded on an open carrier not State 2 State. Rosie said she would request to the driver that I be top loaded and when my car arrived it was on the top. For over two weeks I was promised my car would be picked up in two to three days by other brokers. After dealing with those brokers I began to lose faith in getting my car delivered soon. So I leaped out on one more web browsing faith and I came across State 2 State. What is the first thing they tell me (My Car Can Be Picked Up Tomorrow or The Next Day). I said to myself, self what have you got to lose give them a try. When my car arrived 4 days later (the time I made the call to the time me car was in my possession) I said finally and thank you State 2 State. Also I want to give a shout out to the driver of Towmater Towing Service he was very courteous and prompt. He actually arrive early (at night) and would not release my car because he wanted me to be able to inspect the car during daylight hours. He took care of my car as if it was his own. In closing I would definitely use State 2 State/Towmater Towing Service again and I would recommend them to a friend.
