the car was picked up 1.5 days late.supposedly weather related.that i can understand.the driver never called to say he was late.they originally said tuesday delivery.then it was thursday,thenn friday,then definetly saturday,then sat night.i told him i woulnt take delivery in the dark.then it becocame sunday morn.the driver was nasty,never called unless i called him numerous times.

The delivery timeframe is always indicated as an estimated time of delivery since any driver can be delayed in transit for many reasons. Customer service advised the customer on 4/20 that the driver was estimated in arriving to New Hampshire by end of week, friday or saturday. The driver delivered the car on Sunday since he had arrived late saturday night. We contacted the driver on the complaint from the customer on rudeness and the driver contacted the customer and resolved the issue and also reimbursed the customer $100 on the transport cost. We also contacted the customer and resolved the issue with him as well. The service was provided in a timely manner and the car was picked up and delivered according to our contracts.
