good amont of upfront info to decide which company to choose; estimate higher than others BUT it was thouroughly explained as to why; good reason too; notification of pickup was a little close to when the carrier was to pick up vehicle but most importantly the date and time was met! the carrier also assisted with jump starting the vehicle for pickup and delivery; while the carrier had a delay due to mechanical issues out of his control, he kept me informed of the time of delays; excellent job!
