I was very hesitant to use ANY broker to transport a car I had purchased for my Mom.
She was in an accident on Friday the 13th and her current car was a total loss. Due to the economy where she lives, she could not afford to replace her car so I had to buy and send her one ASAP.
I put my information out for a quote and boy did the calls and emails come in non stop from more companies than I can count! I spoke to several people and emailed back with a few. I narrowed my choices down to 3 to contact and "interview"....
At first I wondered if I ended up picking the right one and I thought I need to just relax and hope for the best....It all turned out just fine and as Carl promised on the first conversation, it was picked up within a few days and delivered ontime and in great condition.
The trucking co. that picked up the car, TopLine Services was very pleasant to my mom when he delivered the car and assured her he takes care of the cars as if they were his own.
I am in sales and I know what customer service is and I must say, I am happy I picked State-by State to find a truck for me.
