My sister who is in upper management with Toyota contacted state by state transporters initially. I had a Landcruiser that needed to be shipped from California to Georgia for my son's birthday present. Carl Johnson contacted me on a Thursday, I agreed to $100 charge and Carl assured me my car would be picked up over the weekend...Monday at the latest. Needless to say, I never heard from Carl over the weekend. Both my sister and I repetitively called him. I also sent him numerous emails. Finally on Monday he called me back and absolutely denied ever telling either of us that the car would be picked up. He was overly aggressive and unprofessional. I might add that he gave the same promise to both of us. He then told us a driver would be contacting us sometime in the next few days. That's the last I ever heard from Carl or State by State. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails to Carl, I have also called State by State asking for a refund. I have never heard from anyone. BEWARE!

Pay Attention for all new customer to see. This review speaks for itself. This green dot means (Compensated Review) = We paid this customer(so-called) money to leave us a bad review. Now, where is the logic in that? This is another one of these low life company's ( the competition) leaving a bad review. Thank you transport reviews for allowing this to happen!!
