NOTHING BUT LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lets start by saying i called this so called company "state by state transporters" and i got a quote from this character HARRISON and he promised me my car would be picked up in 48 hours and as soon as i gave him a 150 dollar deposit, that was the last time i heard from him!!!!!!!! i waited 9 days and called him 3 times and left messages, which were never returned. finally after 9 days without my car being picked up i went somewhere else and had my car picked up in 2 days. When i tried calling customer service and spoke with KELLY and asked for my 150 dollar refund, she said she is working on it and after over a month of waiting for my refund, i tried contacting her and she has not responded back!!!! if you decide to choose these characters after what i just said, than its your own fault for what happens. I cant wait to see what these liers have to say about my honest statment!

Mr.Patrick stated in his review that I(Kelly) never responded back to him which is completely false.Please see below direct emails between Patrick and myself Patrick Calkinshi kelly this is pat , wondering what the status of my 150 dollar refund... As I previously stated I do not work in the processing department for I am only customer service.There is company procedures that we follow but at any rate I walked down to check on your file you and it is currently on the managers desk where they thoroughly review and sign off on it.
