Mr.Patrick stated in his review that I(Kelly) never responded back to him which is completely false.Please see below direct emails between Patrick and myself

Hello Patrick,
Your request for a refund has been taken down to processing. As I previously stated I do not work in the processing department for I am only customer service.There is company procedures that we follow but at any rate I walked down to check on your file you and it is currently on the managers desk where they thoroughly review and sign off on it. I asked them to contact me when it has been signed off on and I will then contact you

...As you can see for yourself I responded to Mr. Patrick each time he has contacted me and each time he responded letting me know that he recieved my response proving his statement to be completely false
