I scheduled the transport 1month in advance. A customer rep called to confirm 2 weeks prior. He told me there was a set fee; and it wouldn't have to be bid on. On the scheduled day, no driver showed up. I called and text Ted several times, and he didn't answer. He didn't call back until I had my friend (who referred the company) call and talk bad to him. He finally returned my calls, and claimed he didn't receive my calls or text. He basically forgot about my car, and said he was trying to locate a driver. The next day I called him several times, and he gave me the run around again. Then, he said I was in a remote location so drivers wouldn't pick up the route. He could've told me that a month prior!!!!!! Finally, I told him I wanted my deposit back, and that was on 30 May. To this day, I still haven't received my refund! I have called the customer service number several times, and no one ever answers. Bad business! Never again! I called another shipping company and my car was picked up and delivered within two days. I want my damn money. Please beware ; DO NOT USE!
Get this, they tried to tell transporterreviews.com that I was not a customer, but I'm glad I kept all my emails, bank statements, text, etc. I'm trying to contact the bank right now to get my money back. AGAIN, DO NOT USE.
