I booked with SBS on 8/28. I was guaranteed pick up of my car by 9/4. I even received an email from a Jim Miller stating my car would be picked up on the date promised. Well I was in a time crunch and SBS knew this, I had to use another transporter. I emailed customer service and cancelled my order on 9/4. Good luck trying to call them because no one ever answers the phone. So now about a week later I get another quote from SBS which I never asked for because my car was already in transit with another shipper. So this second quote comes a week after they promised to pick up my car. This quote was 100.00 more than the original quote. What a crock. Good luck trying to call them because no one answers the phone. While all this is going on they charged my credit card 200.00 after I cancelled my order. I called my card company and disputed the charge. They have yet to remove the charge or contact me to apologize for the error. Beware if you use this company. Total BS and horrible communication. Do not use SBS!
