The San Jose,CA pick up was at the agreed time and was very profesional. The driver kept me posted each day of the trip and made the drop off, Amsterdam,NY, on time, in spite of the" New England Blizzard". Yes there was a lot of road spray on the Crown Vic, not a concern. This was my first experience with them and I have already recommended them to a "snow-bird". Thank you very much!!
