The move was effortless! I scheduled my appointment after a lot of research and phone calls to various companies. I liked this company because I sought them out and I called them. They were definitely not the cheapest company I spoke with, but I felt the most comfortable with the service I received when I did contact them. I spoke with Max. He was great, as I was very uncomfortable and really did not know what I was doing. After I booked my appointment with Max I was sent an email that included the dispather Lisa's phone number and the driver Kadhim's cell phone number. I called Jennifer several times to discuss times as I had to coordinate several people for the transport as I was not in the location where my automobile was located. Despite my many calls to Jennifer, she was always polite and willing to help. I had to coordinate a realtor to open my residence in Miami and also a friend to pull my car out of the garage so it could be transported. I called Kadhim the morning of the move and he was in route to pick up my Jaguar at 10:00am. He did not arrive until 10:45am as there was an accident which delayed his arrival. It took him about 10 minutes to load my vehicle and he was on his way to my residence in Atlanta. He arrived at my residence at 2:00 pm the following day, took about 10 minutes to unload my vehicle and that was that! I have NOT one complaint about this company. They were fabulous, my car was delivered in one peice, I paid Kadhim the remaining $300.00/minus the $85.00 deposit I still owed, and the price of $385.00 never changed. Thank you for being and doing exactly what you said that you would do. I highly recommend this company!
