I started by informing them I did not want a broker, they told me they are a carrier, they will be transporting vehicle. they brokered it, and the driver required a larger amount of cash to release vehicle. I had five hours before delivery, called kelly at customer service to see if she could correct problem, after two conversations, she still had no answers. the many calls made in the next three hours went to voice mail. long story short I paid more than my contract or I would not get my vehicle. And a helpful tip, always read pickup inspection sheet at pickup time for proper amount due on dropoff. If they are not correct, dont let them take it. This may save you headaches and prevent brokers from sliding costs in without written approval. regulation 375.405
