Being a first timer I was completily unaware of what was to come. The driver was on time and was very polite and friendly. The car arrived 3 days early and there were no request for further payments. The customer service people were helpful and friendly.(Max. Kelly, and Jessica) Driver Carlos was very nice. I would recommend Sate by state to anyone. Completely honest.
