Contract was for $325. Paid $125 deposit by AMEX. But on delivery, they demanded $275. That is, they would not release the car if I did not pay $75 above contract price.
The did not return phone calls or emails about the overcharge.
Worse, when I raised the dispute with AMEX, SBS denied ever being told about the overcharge. Copies of emails, however, showed that they were notified.
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
