This was very easy!! Teddy explained to me the difference between paying the drivers what they want and also the biding board process. He informed me that although he was not the driver he could get me set up with a driver. I loved his honest approach about how it is done, which made it easy for me cause the only way you can get mislead if you don't listen to details. Thanks Teddy
