I've never shipped a car before, so this was my very first experience. Other dealers warned me about paying the up front charges stating that if I did, my car would never ship, but wait for perhaps weeks to ship. I can't speak for other shipping companies, but none of this happened when I dealt with Stateway Auto! I felt comfortable with Adam, and I trusted him to do what he said. The service was exceptional, fast, and the price was far more reasonable than I expected, this was even after gas prices were on the rise!
I paid the initial scheduling fee on April 12th. My car was scheduled for pick up on April 16th, just four days after I paid the fee. Surprisingly, I was called the very next day, to see if I was ready to ship the car on the 14th, two days earlier than scheduled. The car was ready, so I agreed, and the driver arrived just as he said on April 14th to pick up the car. He loadd my vehicle, and strapped it down securely. Although the vehicle was scheduled to arrive 7 - 10 days after pick up, my daughter called me on April 18th with a picture of the car in her driveway! The service I received from Stateway Auto was nothing less than supurb. Their ratings are from 1 - 5, but I rate their service a 10, yes, they're that good!
Thanks Stateway for getting my college graduating daughter her car safely and speedily; not to mention, before the car arrived, she had no transportation at all, so the door to door service came in handy!
