Poor Experience - Still Waiting for My Delivery

This industry seems to be highly competitive. You receive a sea of emails, texts and phone calls after making one inquiry online. It can be overwhelming and they're all telling you something different about why you shouldn't use the other guy- which usually doesn't convince me to use them either.

After reading all the reviews on Stateway Auto they seemed reasonably qualified and trustful.

I was trying to get a classic car delivered from North Carolina to Chicago. They gave me a 10 business day window for pick up which seemed wide, but I was flexible given the competitive price point. Now, it's 4 days passed the window and the car has not been picked up. Moreover, after asking Stateway for a solution, they gave me "our fingers are crossed and we're trying. We hope to have it delivered soon."

In summary...its started out good, I gave my deposit, have waited three weeks and still don't have my delivery or plan of attack from Stateway. Learn from me a make a better choice than Stateway.

We take every customer's concern very seriously. This order was delayed due to bad weather in the neighboring states and because it is a 1966 Chevy C10 pickup truck. Mr. Wortham was updated numerous times throughout the process. THE GOOD NEWS: this vehicle was successfully picked up and delivered by our carrier. The transit time was only two days. We spoke to the customer and he was pleased with our efforts. We apologize that this did not get shipped sooner, we tried our best but had some unforeseen challenges.
