I called in to state way based on a quote I got to ship my Acura TL to San Diego. I've shipped my car before and it wasn't a good experience it took way longer than it should have and cost more than they quoted me with another broker. So I called Stateway because it says they have trucks and they can broker as well. Adam was the rep I spoke with who was very knowledgeable and and answered all my questions. I called back to add a contact for delivery and I spoke with Kim in customer service who was very pleasant and gave me the info about my driver and pick up and delivery dates. The vehicle arrived in SD without a scratch. I even tipped the driver for getting it to me so quickly... I WILL ABSOLUTELY USE STATEWAY AGAIN TO SHIP BACK AN I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS. Thank U Adam and Kim!!!
