THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION ABOUT PICK-UP DAY. I WANTED ONE DATE AND THEN I LEARNED THAT THERE WOULD BE A WINDOW OF 7 DAYS FROM THE DESIRED DAY FOR PICK-UP. luckily I HAD SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO BE THERE ON THE DAY THE CAR WAS ACTUALLY PICKED UP.
