Pick-up was on time, delivery was prompt. Vehicles were in good condition. No issues with the service except for the failure to be able to talk to someone without having to leave a callback number. Rate was better than most others carriers. The other carriers would not stop calling and continued sending me emails weeks after the move was already complete.
