My son lives in Minot, ND (he is military) and he called me to see if I could make arrangement to transport his two vehicle out of his apartment complex, a Nissan Frontier pickup truck and a Grand Prix that needed to be ship to IN to my brother shop for repair. I received a good quote the first time $495 for my first vehicle online but after few days waiting for a call or an email, I decided to call the number on the invoice. After few calls and leaving messages finally someone called me back. The person that called me informed me that they could not find my quote and after looking and looking finally they find it and it shows cancelled. I told them that I never cancelled my quote and that it have to be a mistake.

I stated that I needed the vehicles to be transport as soon as possible because my son could not have all those vehicles in the apartment complex and that I made the online application around the holidays season and two weeks had passed since that. Daniella called me back and informed me that she was going to talk to Bill for a new quote and she explained to me what had happen with my application and that the quote was to low for the distance and the bad weather in the Chicago area so the application was cancelled. When she called me back again they were trying to get me a driver as soon as possible but due to the weather condition the quote price was going to be a little bit higher. I explained to her that I received lots of quotes from different companies and the lower I got was $885. After she talked to Bill again, he agreed with the quote so I paid $885 for each vehicles. Both vehicles were picked up on time and delivered on time, No damage,No problems,No hassle, no hidden fees. I would highly recommend Stateway Auto Transport to anyone interesting to know.
