This is my fourth time shipping through Stateway and everything went well. Process was smooth with a competitive rate and good communication on truck availability. When we didn't find a truck within my initial timeframe my rep reached out to a few trucking companies and came back with a bid needed to get one right away. Stateway helped subsidize the increase by lowering their fee. I know this is just part of the art of booking trucks so I was fine with raising the bid a bit to lock down a truck.
The trucking company itself was great and actually proactively communicated with me. The truck driver was really good and helped me look over the car for any issues upon delivery. Good overall experience.
