This was the first time I have transported a vehicle (CA to WA) and the service was excellent...friendly, reliable and courteous representatives who followed up immediately and facilitated getting the job done! I didn't understand there was a 'window' of time from date set, however once I communicated my misunderstanding, they got right on it and followed up in an expeditious and professional manner!
