I request potential vehicle transport customers not to use Stateway auto transport service in any way. They may make you comfortable during quote and initial discussion, however once your vehicle is on move and delivered in a bad shape, Stateway customer support neither pickup your phone nor respond to your emails.
My car's back windshield was shattered when driver Jack delivered my vehicle. He offered me $200 to get it fixed which I refused as Toyota Camry's windshield replacement cost is approx $1200. I have been following up for last 5 days without any response from Stateway Auto transport.
So, if you want to have peace of mind, never ever use services of Stateway Auto Transport.
