After contracting Stateway, my car was picked up on the tenth day. I did not hear from the carrier and was not able to get any information from the tracking site for the duration of the shipping time. Mike said that the phones were being worked on during the weekend and apologized for my inconvenience. The carrier called me in the morning of the 5th day to arrange a drop off time. He called again when he got within an hour of drop off and arrived on schedule.
