My husband and I recently moved our car from the east coast to the west because of job relocation. I first checked the internet for prices. I got quotes from 5 different companies. Stateway Auto Transport had the best price. Their web site is really informative and they replied quickly with a quote. We also spoke to the staff at Stateway who gave us a date for pickup.The transport driver called the day of pick-up and met us behind a large store. It was pouring down rain, but the driver wasn't bothered by it. He carefully inspected our car making notes of any previous dents, took some photos, and instructed us on how to drive the car onto the ramp. After the car was loaded, the driver meticulously attached the chains and examined the fittings several times before he was satisfied. He was soon in the truck and on his way west. Upon arrival, we were called by the company to let us know that the car went through a snow storm on the way and was splashed by salt from the road. They let us know that the car was dirty, but not damaged. We were glad that they called. Our car was dropped at the right time at a open mall near our development. We had placed a few small boxes in the back of the car and when my husband opened them, he found everything was exactly as he had packed it. It was a excellent experience with Stateway Auto Transport and we are now in the process of sending another car with them.
