I decided to give this company a try after the attractive quotes I received. I called and spoke with Mike. He assured me they were not a broker so the quoted prices were final and my listing would not sit on the broker boards waiting for a driver to except my bid. I was also told that for a mere 150 dollars more they could guarantee me a two day pick up, which I agreed to. I called them exactly one week to the day that I placed the order and they assured me it would be picked up by the next day. Well needless to say this did not happen. I have called multiple times to try and cancel my order and nobody ever answers. The chat on their web page is a joke because nobody ever answers that either. I decided to go with another trucking company who is $200 more but picked it up the same day I placed the order. This company way under bids and will tell you so many lies it will make your head spin. I have filed complains with ever organization I know of. Be cautious when choosing this company.
