Customer service was excellent. I am a first time car shipper ad they made it easy to get my car across the country. The driver more than exceeded my expectations. He made it very clear for my pick up and thoroughly checked my exterior. He also was very considerate with drop off. He called to see if I needed a different drop off address because he knew the one I provided was a work address. A++++ overall
