I contracted on 3/24 and paid a deposit to have a car picked up in LaGrange Ga. Once contract was signed and deposit paid, I had to badger the company to get any kind of information. Most calls were never retrurned. I finally cancelled and was told my refund would be processed 5/10 and I would see it in 3-5 business days. On May 18 I was told again that the refund would be processed. I filed a BBB complain and the response was that the redund was done. On May 21 I was told again that it was processed. On June 8 another response to BBB complain was that they were still trying to arrange pick up of car I have the car at my home becasue I flew to GA andpicked it up on 5/22. I am still waiting for refund. This company never calls back or responds to emails. I will never use them again and would strongly recommend that no one contract with them.
