After two other companies (Global Auto Express and Exclusive Auto Logistics) let me down, I called Stateway andI was fortunate to get Susie Edwards. Susie was honest and upfront in explaining how the business works. As I was calling her with very little lead time (only 3-4 days) to have the car picked up, she told me it will cost a little more. After I agred on the price, she came through as promised. The driver (David) of the transport company was very professional, courteous, on time for pick up and before time for delivery. He contacted me just before pick up and delivery and also while he was enroute to update me on where he was and inform of his expected time of arrival. Overall, I was very happy with Susie and Stateway. On the other hand, Global Auto Express illegally charged my credit card and I am still struggling to get my money back. The dispatcher at Exclusive Auto Logistics was very rude and they could not find me a carrier for 10 days, and I had to call Stateway at the last minute and they delivered as promised.
