When I started looking into shipping a vehicle after I purchased it on EBAY, I immediately began getting quotes from companies. Statweay provided the lowest quote, but I was also concerned about the customer service aspect of the move. I also noticed that there were many negative reviews of various companies stating that the shipment was very late or they wanted a refund of the deposit and the shipping company would not communicate back with the person trying to get there car shipped. I found the opposite with Stateway. David was my contact from the beginning and he kept me updated on moving the vehicle. It was a slow time of the year (around the holidays) for moving a vehicle but I felt like they worked very hard to get my vehicle shipped. So, not only was the quote very reaonable, the customer service was outstanding. The vehicle arrived in good condition and I will definitely plan to use Stateway again if I ever need another vehicle shipped.
