Solid Service at a Reasonable Price

When I started researching auto transport companies, I quickly got terrified by all the scammers out there and horror stories I read on review sites like this. After viewing Stateway's website, I got a good feeling about them. Whenever I called, including the call to give them my business, I never got through to someone and had to wait for a callback. But those callback's always came. The service I got was friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized. Pickup was scheduled quickly and occurred on time. Delivery took a little longer. Ironically it took longer for the last 150 miles than it did the first 2000 miles. The carrier could have been more pro-active about notifying me of the status and setting expectations, but Stateway was always there to broker communication for me. In the long run, the delivery was made in a reasonable time, and I feel I got my money's worth. If I were to transport another car I would go directly to Stateway.
