Joanne could not have been more helpful when learning how another company, All American Transport, never picked up my car even though they had the booking for over 6 weeks. I have never dealt with such awful people. They kept giving excuses were nasty on the phone and hung up on me twice. They never did pick up my car. Joanne at Streamline just took charge and saved the day. The fact that my car was not picked up by the other co. will cost me weeks of a rent a car in Honolulu before receiving mine--but Joanne got me a driver and expedited my car even though it was last minute for them. She truly rescued me and put me completely at ease knowing she was in charge. You can trust her and this company.
