Here's a story that's all true with names eliminated to protect the guilty. I contracted with a belligerent auto mover in late April and by Memorial Day, I was rudely told that the truck was delayed by the Holiday weekend. You get the picture....
Back at the ranch...Streamline Auto Transport comes to my family's rescue... We meet a Superhero named Joanne who answers her phones and/or voice messages on the same day. A Superhero that is not annoyed by questions or customer contact. A Superhero who explains that she does not own a truck but arranges transportation as opposed to the smoke and mirrors of the original villain....
The end of the story...We decided to move the family back to Georgia from California and moving the truck from Georgia to California was not required. The Superhero retained a small administrative fee and we refunded our deposit..
