After being jerked around and wasting 2 weeks by another carrier, I called Joanne who reminded me of a family member...not a salesperson. Her responses to my answers were direct and honest, not sunshile blowing up my butt. I contacted her on Monday to order a move and on Tuesday she called to inform me the car would be picked up the next day. The dealer in Chicago told me the car was picked up that Wed. am (put on the top rack as requested last minute by me) and the driver called me Friday to arrange a Sat. dropoff. THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION TOOK A TOTAL OF 6 DAYS FROM THE INITIAL CALL TO DELIVERY OF THE CAR IN MY GARAGE (Chicago to Las Vegas). Joanne either answered immediately or returned each call within 7 minutes. She is on top of her game and the driver she contracted was as professional and punctuial as herself. I was out of town during the pickup and delivery and had to coordinate everything via cell phone...not a problem in the least bit. Everyone did what they said they would do on time or even earlier than promised. This was a picture perfect move and I would strongly reccomend Joanne to anyone involved in a move.
