my son-in-law found streamline and arranged for two vehicles to be transported from california to tennessee. the pickup got a little complicated because the first potential pickup opportunity was missed due to no space, and then the vehicles had to be moved to another town about ten miles away. when pickup was accomplished, we were able to call BILLY, the operator to get a report on progress and estimated times of arrival. they arrived just before the heavy rains came our way from Katrina, and they were safe in our garage. please pass on my thanks, and especially to Billy.
