The support that Joanne provided in the planning and pick-up of thirteen vehicles. We had a homeport change and had to do all the scheduling with numerous changes on pretty short notice. I started working with Joanne in April then we deployed. Without skipping a beat when we returned a couple of months latter she was able to get us all setup for pickup.
