THE ORIGINAL COST OF TRANSPORTING MY CAR $680, WHICH INCLUDED THE BROKER FEE OF $175. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND A CARRIER, SHE HAD A LIST OF SEVENTEEN, OF WHICH NONE WOULD RESPOND TO HER REQUEST. FINALLY, I CALLED ANOTHER BROKER AND THEY GAVE ME THE NAME OF SOMEONE ALMOST LOCAL. THIS CARRIER WAS ONE OF THE SEVENTEEN, BUT IN ORDER TO "HOT SHOT" THE DELIVERY, THE COST WOULD BE $1000 AND SHE FORGOT TO TELL ME THAT DID NOT INCLUDE HER FEE. THE THURSDAY BEFORE EASTER I AGREED AND SHE ASSURED ME THE CAR WOULD BE PICKED UP IN NEW YORK ON TUESDAY AND DELIVERED TO ME ON THURSDAY 4/20/2006. THE CAR ARRIVED MAY 1,2006.

Hi Phil, I read the review you wrote about Streamline. I was quite disturbed about it as that is my primary way to get future clients. But even more disturbed that you felf that way about my service to you!! I do not agree with your review as you gave me the deposit not even knowing about the $1000 and I worked very hard to get you a transporter as you know. I kept you informed and when you called Carla, she was the one who told you that Webster Services wanted $1000 for the moving of the vehicle alone. You agreed and I have to tell you I was as upset about the whole process preformed by Webster! I was also upset with the seller as he told me he would not move your car to the city until I found a transporter. He know I was having trouble finding someone who was running that route at the time. He did just the opposite as he said. Thus putting the presure on you and I to move it off his lot in the city. I was upright and honest thru the whole process. The transporter lead me to believe that he was going to pick up the vehicle at the same time I told you. He would not return my calls and you had the same problem I had with his non- communication and promises not kept as a result gave the both of us the run around! I was distressed as well as yourself as I want a successful business to run as smooth as possible as you can see from the rest of my reviews. I have given Webster a neg. review on the National Dispatch Board. I do not feel that his actions should reflect on my service to you. Carla at Bullseye had the same beginning faith that this transporter was going to perform his duty in a timely and professional manner. We were wrong! Streamline will never use his services again! My question is why didn't you give this bad review to Webster Services? You had his company name and you know he is the one responsible for his disaster move and not Streamline. I repeat I was honest and sincere with you at all times even when you were not aware. I am very sorry that you had such a bad experience. I have arranged hundreds of moves for extemely satified clients. So I guess the 3 or 4 negative experiences caused by the transporters themselves certainly does not negate the hundreds who praise Streamline service! I wish they would have at least taken the time to write the review as you did. I have to say that at least it was a realistic review as this can happen to the best in the business for sure, as we can not make everyone happy all the time. I am sure you realize that if you are in business or even working for someone else. I still feel it was a pleasure to serve you as you were very gracious during the whole process. I suppose that is why I was shocked by the review you gave me! Joanne Streamline Auto Transport 877-357-5429
