For the most part, I was very happy with my experience shipping my '92 Ford Taurus. It was picked up on time, but in my contract with Streamline, I specified that I wanted the car delivered after a certain date. When the car arrived early, there was no way for me to recieve it or pay for it, so I was a little upset. It could have caused me to incur holding fees from the shipper. But it worked out in the end and I received my car unharmed. Joann was very nice on the phone and even though her commission was only 15 dollars she still managed to find me a shipper. I would definitely use them again.
