I used Streamline Auto Transport to ship my Boxster from Dallas, TX to Phoenix, AZ. I was getting a lot of conflicting information regarding the type of shipping needed for my car, open transport or enclosed. I called Streamline and they did the research for me and gave me exactly what the issues were and why to use the enclosed trailer. I decided to use them and once my car was on the board they received many calls. Unfortunatley the first driver was lacking in customer service and never contacted me until late the night prior to shipment, which was 2 days after I setup the shipment. I called Streamline and they were on top of it and told me that if I wasn't happy with the driver that they would get me someone else. Monday early AM Streamline called me to say that they had someone that would take my car but it was going to be at 12:00, so I said sure why not. This driver was prompt, courteous, and took the time to make sure that I knew everything. Well my car arrived a little later than expected because of traffic delays but the entire time the driver was in contact with the person picking up my car. The car arrived without incident and the driver even was cleaning the car off when my person arrived to pickup the car. I would definetly refer any of my friend or fellow Porsche Club of America members to use their services. In this day and age it's refreshing to see a company that truly takes care of the customer, GREAT JOB STREAMLINE.....
