I would like to add an addendum to what I've already reviewed on this company. I was contacted directly from the owner who desperately requested that I remove my bad review, in doing so he would credit me back the $100 they took from me with an additional $50 as their way to apologize for the hassle. He stated that it was a family business and my bad review would be hurting the family's reputation. I had already filed a claim with my credit card company as I was wrongfully Charged for services that never took place. They actually sent my credit company fake documents showing they moved my vehicle which was not the case as I have a copy of a cashiers check written out to the company that got the job done. They scam you out of money then bribe u to remove a bad review when your not satisfied in an attempt to keep their image positive. Yes some people may praise them as they are the ones most likely needing services on their most popular route (EAST COAST) but if you are needing to go from east to mid west or west coast please beware. They know this is a tough route to get a driver. They will by take your money knowing more then likely they wont get a driver and, instead of communicating with the customer they will ignore your calls and emails. And when you call the office every one acts null and void.
